Vinayaka Chavithi 2026 at Stark Pharma: One Idol, One Team

Every year, during this time work at our Hyderabad office pauses for a few hours and the meeting room turns into a mandapam. This year was no different. On Monday, 14 September 2026, the Stark Pharma team in Hyderabad welcomed Lord Ganesha into the office for Vinayaka Chavithi.

The team arrived early. Marigold and jasmine garlands went up on the wall, fairy lights were strung, and the idol was placed on a raised platform dressed in patri leaves, flowers and a red cloth. Coconuts, bananas, guavas, jaggery and a laddu were laid out as naivedyam, and the brass lamps were lit for the first aarti.

The puja was led by Mr. Venkateswara Rao Parvathaneni, Managing Director of Stark Pharma Pvt Ltd. The whole team took part in the aarti and the prasadam that followed. For many of our recruiters and consultants this was their first Chavithi celebrated at work rather than at home, and it turned an ordinary Monday into something the team will remember.

A few days later the team carried Bappa from the office to the immersion ghat at Allwyn Colony Circle in Kukatpally. Saffron headbands on, barefoot on the ground, the group offered the final aarti before the nimajjanam. Ganapati Bappa Morya, and we look forward to next year.

Our Hyderabad team supports pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare IT clients across the United States, working US hours. For most of the year the calendar is set by clients in New Jersey rather than by festivals in Telangana. Days like this one remind us that the team behind every submittal and every placement is a group of people with shared roots, and that culture is something you build deliberately, one celebration at a time.

To everyone who took part, thank you. To our clients, consultants and partners in the United States and India, Happy Vinayaka Chavithi from all of us at Stark Pharma.
